John,

At his third State of the Union address earlier this month, President Trump claimed that he'd fight for healthcare by protecting patients with pre-existing conditions, supporting Medicare, and lowering drug prices.

Well, guess what? He's already broken all three of those promises.

I can make you two promises that won't be broken: Healthcare will be on the ballot this November, and Dr. Kim Schrier is the champion for healthcare we need in Congress.

With healthcare under attack, it's more important than ever that we make sure Kim keeps fighting for us in Congress. Contribute $5 or more today to help before our mid-month fundraising deadline.

Let's set the record straight. For months, President Trump has been trying to repeal the Affordable Care Act in court, which would gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions. He's refused to support legislation Kim and the House passed to lower the cost of prescription drugs. And on Monday, his administration proposed massive budget cuts to healthcare programs, including $451 billion of cuts to Medicare over 10 years.

As the only female doctor in Congress, Kim knows how important access to quality, affordable healthcare is. Since being elected, she's fought tirelessly to lower the cost of prescription drugs, make insulin more affordable, and expand coverage.

But her fight is far from over.

With relentless attacks from Republicans on our healthcare, it's more important than ever that we make sure Dr. Kim Schrier continues fighting for us in Congress. Contribute $5 or more before our mid-month deadline to help Kim keep fighting.
