Hi John,
Save the dates today - July 24th with Christopher Luxon and July
30th with Chris Bishop.
We have a really exciting month coming up as we spend the last week
of July officially launching the 2023 Campaign to win back the seat of
Ōtaki, and to win the election and return a National Government. We
need a National Government focussed on addressing the rising cost of
living, restoring law and order, building the roads and infrastructure
we need, and delivering effective quality public services like health
and education. Read about our new policies here.
There are two key events to book-end the week, with the two Chris's
in town to support. In between I'll be out visiting businesses,
community groups and homes, and showcasing some of the amazing people
we have in every corner of our region. Invite me to meet your business
or group if I haven't already called in.
Get NZ Back On Track Public Meeting with Christopher
Luxon
We're starting the week on a high with our leader, Christopher
Luxon, in Levin for a public meeting. We had huge crowds for Nicola
Willis, and I'd love the same support in July for the boss!
- Monday July 24th,
- 7pm,
- Horowhenua College Hall,
- Free entry.
Join us, meet Chris and hear him in person, and learn about our
plan to get NZ Back On Track.
Campaign Afternoon Tea and Volunteers' Celebration
We'll finish the launch week with a special afternoon in Ōtaki to
officially launch the 2023 campaign, and to thank and celebrate all
our volunteers. Families and all ages welcome!
Our special guest will be National's own Chris Bishop, MP based in
Hutt South, and our National Campaign Chair.
If you have been involved in any way, if you want to get
involved or quietly support us, or if you just want to hear Chris or
me speak, then please join us.
- Sunday July 30th,
- 2pm,
- Anam Cara Gardens (inside venue),
- 150 Rangiuru Road, Ōtaki,
- Koha/donation at the door.
We're not charging for this, but we will take donations at
the door to cover costs and donations towards the campaign. All
proceeds from the day will go directly to our local campaign to cover
the costs of election signs and advertising in our local region. There
will be also be an auction with some amazing prizes.
Tim out and about working hard over
the last three weeks
I'm really grateful for your ongoing support. It would really mean
a lot to me to have huge turnouts at both of these important events.
Thank you.
