This Supreme Court has made terrible, destructive rulings this year and
last against abortion rights, affirmative action, cancelling student debt,
environmental protection and climate change, separation of church and
state, and more.
We want to highlight 5 key Senate races (which impact judicial
confirmations) and 5 hotly contested school board races where the right
wing wants to continue hurting kids and education.

* Arizona U.S. Senate. Kyrsten Sinema is running as a third party,
Republicans want to take this seat, and Democrat Ruben Gallego is
narrowly ahead in 3-way polls. We can't afford to lose this seat to
Republicans or let Sinema keep siding with Republicans.
* Montana U.S. Senate. Democratic Senator Jon Tester has the most
Trump-voting state of anyone Dem besides Joe Manchin. Unlike Manchin,
he is awesome and challenges corporate power big-time. He needs our
help to defend this seat against a popular Republican.
* Ohio U.S. Senate. Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown is the only
Democrat to win statewide in Ohio for years, and he has a giant target
on his back. He is a huge advocate for unions, workers, and bank
accountability. Let's get his back.
* Wisconsin U.S. Senate. Democratic Senator Tammy Baldwin is one of the
most progressive senators, and Republicans are buoyed after winning
the 2022 Wisconsin Senate race by 1 point. This will be a nail biter,
and this seat is key to a Senate majority.
* Missouri U.S. Senate. This is Democrats' best chance at winning an
upset -- and Democrats won this seat in two of the last three
elections until insurrectionist Josh Hawley won it last time. Marine
and anti-monopoly crusader Lucas Kunce appeals to a wide swath of
voters and has great momentum.
* 5 key school board races in Fairfax County (VA), Mt. Lebanon (PA),
Philadelphia (PA), and State College (PA).
