Below is a personal message from the former President of Planned Parenthood and national reproductive rights champion Cecile Richards.

Friends: During my time as president of Planned Parenthood, I watched Republicans attempt to pass horrific laws to control women's bodies.

But today, as we mark one year since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, I need to be blunt with you: Anti-choice extremists are attacking abortion access like never before.

In states across this country, Republicans are doing everything in their power to restrict reproductive freedom – and Mitch McConnell and his allies have threatened to pass a national abortion ban if they take back Senate control.

Political analysts say that the future of the Senate could all come down to Nevada – just like it did last year – which is why I’m reaching out today: My friend, Sen. Jacky Rosen, is running for reelection. I’m working hard to help her win this fight, and I’m asking you to join me.
