In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled against affirmative action programs
to set our country back on a MERIT BASED system of education.



In other words, if a student has worked hard and gotten fantastic marks, then
somebody who hasn’t done nearly as well and who perhaps has not worked as hard,
will not take their place on a school, college or university roster.



To rigorously enforce yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling, I will eliminate all
“Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” programs across the entire federal
government. And I will direct the DOJ to pursue Civil Rights claims against any
school, corporation, or university that engages in unlawful racial
discrimination.



We will restore a society based on Equality, Liberty, and MERIT.



This landmark decision was ONLY possible because of the THREE appointments I
made to the Supreme Court.



But, of course, the Biden-Harris Administration – which is built entirely off
of affirmative action – HATES this ruling.



They’re now even questioning the legitimacy and authority of the Supreme Court.



These Leftists love “democracy” only if it benefits them. But they’ll resort
to ruthless tactics to try and crush democracy when it works against them.



But on November 5, 2024, We The People will remind the Biden-Harris
Administration that here in America, the PEOPLE still reign supreme!
