We can’t hold off any longer:

At $7.25 an hour -- the current federal minimum wage -- a person working full-time all year taking no vacation or sick days earns $15,080 a year. That's about $10,000 below the poverty line for a family of four and about a third of what one would need to make to feasibly afford an average two bedroom apartment.

Nancy Pelosi led House Democrats in passing a $15 minimum wage almost seven months ago, but Mitch McConnell is stonewalling.

Let’s show Nancy (and Mitch) that the people are on her side.

This is too important for our country, for our world, and for our future. We need to send an overwhelming message to Congress and the White House that the American people deserve and demand that they raise the minimum wage, and we can’t do that without you.
