Dear John,

It was a busy week, but I’m back to keep you in the loop on how I am fighting
for our conservative values.

I am thrilled to introduce the Health, Opportunity, Protecting Life, and
Education (HOPE) Act. This legislation aims to improve access to prenatal
telehealth care, provide comprehensive information about available resources,
and support community organizations that offer essential assistance during and
after pregnancy. By empowering women with knowledge and tangible support, the
HOPE Act will save lives, strengthen families, and advance the cause of the
pro-life movement. It’s time to support a culture where every mother feels
empowered to choose life.

The Supreme Court ruled that affirmative-action-based university admission
practices are unlawful and violate the Equal Protection Clause. This is a
landmark victory for those who support merit and reject discrimination. Earlier
this month, we saw race-based discrimination firsthand when I highlighted a
University of Minnesota summer program that explicitly banned white students.
It's plain wrong to judge anyone based on their skin color instead of their
qualifications and achievements. This week's ruling confirms that merit and
equal opportunity go hand in hand. It's a win for a fair education system where
every student, regardless of their background, can thrive based on their
abilities and hard work.

I joined state and federal lawmakers in condemning the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) for briefing only Democrats on the new Renewable Fuel
Standard (RFS) and Renewable Volume Obligations (RVO) before the public
release. The EPA's decision to exclude Republicans raises concerns about
hyper-partisanship and rule leaks during trading hours and risks billions of
dollars in the market value of renewable fuel companies. Support for biofuels
is and should continue to be bipartisan—that’s why we are demanding answers
straight from EPA Administrator Regan and complete transparency.

As always, please contact my office if there is anything we can help with.
Thank you for your continued support!

May you have a happy and safe Independence Day weekend,
