Now, more than 1 million Americans have access to expanded Medicaid coverage.

Friend — since our founding, Medicaid expansion has been one of our landmark issues where we’ve championed campaigns and rallied voters to win the lifechanging health care they need.

Last November, we fought alongside voters to make South Dakota the 39th state to roll out expanded Medicaid to their state’s residents. And today, more than 40,000 South Dakotans finally gained access to affordable health care!

On this historic day, will you make a donation of $25 or whatever you can afford to help us run Medicaid ballot measure campaigns in the states that remain and close the Medicaid coverage gap for good?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation to the Fairness Project will go through immediately:
$15 $25

$250 Other

Since our founding in 2016, we’ve run campaigns in seven states to expand Medicaid when politicians refused to roll out coverage to their constituents stuck in the coverage gap — and seven times, voters stood by our side and decisively secured their access to health care.

With this latest rollout in South Dakota, our campaigns have brought affordable health care to over 1 MILLION Americans who would otherwise not have access! A few years ago, almost half the country lacked Medicaid expansion. Now, only 10 states remain.

We’re committed to giving every voter every chance to expand affordable health care access in their home state. If you’re with us, will you rush a donation to help us close the Medicaid coverage gap for good?
