Ayanna has been a steadfast, relentless advocate for student debt cancellation — and she isn’t going to stop now.
When President Biden was on the campaign trail, he made a promise to cancel student debt. And throughout his presidency, Ayanna and our movement have kept up the pressure on him and his administration to make good on that promise.
Yesterday, the Supreme Court got it deeply wrong and ruled against the people.
Because of our collective advocacy, President Biden and Secretary Cardona have announced that they’ll use other tools available to them to cancel student debt – but we need your support to keep up this fight and press for swift action.
We cannot give in to cynicism, we must take action today.
