Affirmative Action Deemed Unconstitutional
CPAC Supports SCOTUS in Calling Out Racial Discrimination
On Thursday, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on two separate cases that the use of affirmative action in university admissions programs is racial discrimination in violation of the Equal Protection Clause and thus, unconstitutional. In a statement, CPAC hails this as a step in the right direction but calls for elimination of affirmative action and other race-based discrimination practices in all institutions.

Sound of Freedom Calls Americans to Action Against Human Trafficking
Mercedes Schlapp hosted a panel at the Sound of Freedom premiere on Wednesday's episode of America Uncanceled. The panel discusses behind the scenes stories of the making of the movie and of course, the special mission of the movie to call Americans to action against human trafficking. The panel featured producer Eduardo Verástegui, former Homeland Security Special Agent and inspiration for the movie Tim Ballard, actor Jim Caviezel, and CEO of Angel Studios Neal Harmon.

Celebrating One Year Roe Free!
CPAC Releases Statement on Anniversary of Dobbs v. Jackson Ruling
Last Saturday marked the one year anniversary of the Dobbs v. Jackson ruling that overturned the previous Roe v. Wade decision, which had legalized abortion nationwide. The Dobbs ruling determined that abortion is not a constitutional right and sent the matter of abortion back to the states for the people to decide. To mark of the occasion of being one year free of Roe, CPAC issued a statement, calling Americans to now rally for human dignity in all fifty states. Read the full statement at the link below.
