Dear Friend,
The law is never morally neutral. All law reflects and reinforces a particular set of principles and convictions about the nature of human life. The question is not whether law is informed by morality; the question is simply whether or not the morality is true.
While EPPC works to ensure that true morality is faithfully expressed in our laws and culture—to defend the eternal truths that were reflected in our country’s founding and once animated her culture—I write to ask again that you consider making a tax deductible gift in support of our efforts.
Rather than simply playing defense, EPPC makes the substantive case for the truth in issues ranging from abortion and gender ideology to Critical Race Theory and Big Tech’s predatory practices towards children.
Thanks to our supporters and partners, our engagement on these issues is having real effect. To give just a few examples: legislation protecting teens from Big Tech was passed in the last four months in Utah, Arkansas, and Louisiana, inspired by a policy report coauthored by EPPC’s Clare Morell. Stanley Kurtz’s legislation models boosting campus intellectual diversity and banning political litmus tests inspired a bill passed in Florida earlier this year. Our HHS Accountability Project leads a coalition of allied groups to defend religious freedom and to prevent so-called “gender-affirming” care from becoming a national standard of care.
Through all of our efforts, and through our leadership in both policy and religious communities, EPPC remains committed to reaffirming the truth and dignity of each person, and to cultivating a society ordered toward the full flourishing of human beings.
The generous support of our donors directly makes possible this work to renew American policy and culture through a rebirth of the ideas on which our country was founded.
These efforts would not be possible without our staunch community of supporters, but there is so much work to be done.
In our anti-human era, I hope you'll partner with us in pursuit of our mission to defend American principles and promote human flourishing.
Thank you for your generosity.
