I just spoke with Wolf Blitzer live on CNN about the Supreme Court’s disastrous rulings this week.

Let’s be clear: the Supreme Court is in desperate need of reform. And that starts with expanding and unstacking the Court.

In the last week, the conservative majority of Trump and McConnell’s hand-picked judges delivered rulings that allow discrimination against LGBTQ+ Americans. And that outlaw affirmative action in education and will result in a less diverse student body. And just today, the Court ruled against President Biden’s plan to relieve billions of student loan debt from the shoulders of millions of students.

And we can’t forget, not now, not ever, how they stripped away the right to reproductive freedom just one year ago. Today, half of our country’s citizens have fewer rights than the generations before them.

So today with Wolf, I talked about my plans to reform the Court when I make it to the U.S. Senate, including an expanded Supreme Court, one with term limits and an enforceable code of ethics.

But first, John, in order for me to fight for expanding and unstacking the Court, we have to fight to win this Senate race. And tonight is our biggest deadline yet. The very same people who are responsible for stacking the Court with judges beholden to MAGA interests are going to be eyeing our FEC report closely for any signs of weakness. They do not want me to make it to the U.S. Senate, because they know I will take action to unrig the Supreme Court.
