Abandoning your pet dog – a member of the family – so that he can be EATEN ALIVE in a government laboratory?
You and I would literally be in jail, Taxpayer.
But government white coats believe they are above the law, and now the NIH is about to reward them with even more of our tax dollars to do it again!
Taxpayer, my heart aches for Raptor. And my stomach is in knots thinking about another 16 senior dogs suffering the same fate.
