John,

We depend on WCA Members to power our efforts and help us work towards a better, cleaner, and more sustainable future for everyone. We’re fighting to protect people and nature as one – but we can’t do this without you.

And this month’s decision from the Supreme Court in Sackett v. EPA, which significantly limited the authority of the Clean Water Act, makes our mission that much more urgent.

We need elected leaders who are going to act and protect Washington’s rivers, lakes, and Puget Sound – and we need them now.

But to get the environmental champions elected who are going to act with urgency we need your support.

By becoming a member now you’re helping WCA support champions who have committed to taking action on clean water. Pitch in before our Summer Membership Drive ends at midnight! [[link removed]]

While we have made important progress, we know we still have a lot of work ahead.

We must reduce the amount of polluted stormwater running off into Puget Sound. And we must clean up toxic site that are impacting frontline communities. The first step is electing people that push for just, equitable solutions that can drive thriving economies in our state.

When we come together we can win important races that will change how our state responds to the threat of climate change.

Will you join us as a Founding Member of Washington Conservation Action? When you claim your membership, you will become a critical part of our movement for environmental progress and justice. [[link removed]]

Your financial support this summer will allow us to support more candidates that care about our environment and reach more voters, in more places across Washington.

Thanks for being a part of this.

David Gorton
