In the past month, at least 15 Run-for-Something-endorsed candidates in Virginia, Missouri, and New York won their elections or are moving on to the general! We’re ecstatic to have played a part in electing these amazing progressives to represent their communities in the general election.
Young progressives like Adele McClure – who, if elected, will be the first out Black LGBTQ+ woman elected to the VA House from Northern Virginia – are key to propelling change in the right direction.
The fight is just beginning, as many of our candidates face tough general elections against a deep-pocketed, right-wing system. But there is hope: With continued support and resources, our endorsed candidates CAN win! For this to become a reality, though, we’re going to need some help from folks like YOU.
