One of the many things I’ve learned since launching this Senate campaign is that not all fundraising deadlines are the same.

Some – like tonight’s End-of-Quarter fundraising deadline – can make or break an entire campaign.

If you’ll bear with me for just a minute, I’d like to tell you why this particular goal is so important. But before I do that, would you please consider pitching in $25 before midnight tonight to help us hit our most important fundraising goal to date?

This goal is significant, team.

Put aside for a moment the fact that we’re running against a multi-millionaire and that we rely on grassroots fundraising to compete. You’ve heard all that before.

Instead, I’d like you to think about what it would mean for this team to surpass our filing deadline goal and what that would say about where we’re headed and what we’re capable of.

I truly believe that this grassroots team is capable of anything, and I want everyone else to see that, too – especially our opponents and our supporters.
