We’re already halfway through 2023 and I’ll be honest with you, John – we’re in some of the most critical legal battles of our lifetime and they won’t be easily won.

In most of our cases we’re battling large corporations or the government—both of which have nearly unlimited money and resources to throw against us.

In other words, we’re David, and they’re Goliath.

Big Corporations are on their side; Big Pharma is on their side; Big Tech is on their side.

But the truth is on ours.

The facts are…

Putting young girls on puberty blockers and surgically “transitioning” them is barbaric.
Socially “transitioning” a child at school, behind parents’ backs, is wrong and unconstitutional.
The collusion between the State of California and Twitter to censor conservative speech online violates the First Amendment.

We don’t need hundreds of millions in assets to win our cases defending children who were medically mutiliated in the name of “gender affirming care…”

…or to win our lawsuit against Twitter at the Supreme Court…

…or to win our lawsuits against school districts violating parents’ rights…
