Three bat-eared foxes
Endless Antics
Three bat-eared foxes were recently born at the San Diego Zoo Safari
Park. Their mom, Winter, recently gave birth to three kits who have
started emerging from their den to explore their habitat for the first
time. The trio enjoys playing with mom's ears, wrestling, and
chasing crickets-although they're still working on what to
do once they're caught! Take part in the antics, and make your
way to African Outpost during your next visit to the Safari Park.

Bo the African Lion
San Diego Zoo Safari Park
Welcome to the Family
Last summer, you joined us in welcoming three lioness
sisters-Malika, Zuri, and Amira-to the Safari Park. Their
pride is growing, with the arrival of male lion Bo! Lion populations
in native habitats are decreasing, and they are currently listed as
Vulnerable on the International Union for Conservation of Nature Red
List of Threatened Species. As an ally, your support is saving these
big cats through our Savanna Conservation Hub. Thank you for all you
do, we can't wait for you to meet Bo at the Safari Park soon!
