John,

Breaking: The Supreme Court term just ended in blockbuster fashion, and your ACLJ was front and center in a slew of monumental victories this week.

That means YOU made these victories possible.

- Supreme Court UNANIMOUSLY expanded religious accommodation in the case of a U.S. postal worker who was prevented from going to church on Sunday. This victory will have a tremendous impact on numerous ACLJ cases.
- Biden's student loan forgiveness boondoggle was struck down, preventing thousands of Americans from being forced to foot the tax bill of this unlawful giveaway.
- Race-based college admissions preferences and affirmative action were struck down, ending the false narrative that the best way to prevent racism is more racism.
- A decision that blocked a state law defunding Planned Parenthood was vacated, sending the case back down to the appeals court. This case could finally allow states to defund the abortion giant that just last year took a record amount of your tax dollars.

The ACLJ filed a critical amicus brief in each one of these monumental victories, and the court agreed with our arguments each time.

This term at the Supreme Court is over, but the next term is shaping up to be a massive one. We've already filed our own case directly against Planned Parenthood at the Supreme Court. We're also about to file a critical amicus brief in a case that could finally eviscerate the unbridled power of the lawless Deep State.

Take urgent action with us at the Supreme Court.
