ACLU Supporter, this is a watershed moment in the fight for bodily autonomy. Nearly one-third of states in the country have banned gender-affirming care for trans people. Almost all of those states have also banned abortion. But the ACLU is fighting back – this Pride month and every month of the year.
Right now, lawmakers are preventing people who can become pregnant and trans people from making decisions about their own bodies, lives, and futures by restricting access to abortion and gender-affirming care.
