Medicare for All means everyone gets health care — no matter their race, immigration status, economic status, gender, religious identity, or sex — free at the point of service.

Medicare for All includes gender-affirming care, which will be a revolutionary change in our health care system! It also includes mental health care, dental, hearing, vision, long-term care, and addiction treatment.
How can I join the fight for Medicare for All?
Talk to your friends, family, and coworkers about the benefits of a Medicare for All system. The road to winning Medicare for All requires all of us coming together and demanding change.
