Team – Tonight, I face a critical FEC deadline — and it feels much more urgent after the Supreme Court’s disastrous ruling this morning.

Today, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of LGBTQ+ discrimination. This is a sad day in our nation's history. We are living in a world where the highest court of the land had the opportunity and chose to enable discrimination and label a protected class as second-class citizens.

Now, it's more important than ever that we have a Congress that is willing to act to protect the rights of marginalized groups. And as long as I am in Congress, I will continue to be one of those elected officials.

But I am going to be honest with you: I am the perfect target for the far-right. Not only am I a proud LGBTQ+ immigrant, but I am also not afraid to hold lawmakers accountable — and the far-right saw that firsthand when I forced a House vote to expel George Santos earlier this quarter.

And after this morning's ruling, the far-right is fired up and ready to recruit any extremist candidates to challenge any democrat that shows vulnerability. That includes me. So after midnight, far-right extremists will be on the lookout to see if they can find a way to push me out of Congress.

So I need to ask: Can you please rush your $3 contribution to my reelection campaign before midnight tonight? I cannot succeed in fighting for accountability and meaningful change without your steadfast support. [[link removed]]

As we approach my FEC deadline tonight, we have an opportunity to show the far-right just how strong we are and the depth of grassroots support we have for my campaign and our fight for accountability and equality.

The fundraising numbers we report after this deadline need to publicly show that this campaign is strong, well-funded, and has the backing of a large grassroots team.

Being just hours away from our deadline, I need to ask:
