Dear John,

The true colors of our conservative Supreme Court Justices have erupted. From the extremism of recent decisions turning back decades of precedent to the discovery of individual Justices' failing to report extravagant gifts from billionaire Republican donors on their financial disclosures -- we know the highest court of the land is filled with Justices who think they are above the law.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. 

We are in this position because Republicans stole a Supreme Court seat and have turned the court into a political actor. We will not let it stand. 

We need a balanced justice system, not one bought with political favors and rife with bias. It is time to expand the Court, and we need a strong Democratic majority in both chambers of Congress to do it.

The 2024 election will give us a clear pathway to balance the Court -- but only if we’re prepared to win back the House. We need your help to do that.

I am already organizing with my colleagues to ensure our pathway to victory in 2024. We need all the early and sustained support we can get to fuel the campaigns of Democrats in tight races across the country.
