It's been a year since Roe v. Wade was overturned, leading to chaos and crisis in the United States. The support of people like you has enabled us to file lawsuits seeking to protect access to abortion across the U.S.—from Montana to Florida. And just last month, we filed additional lawsuits in South Carolina and Kansas.

The fight is far from over, team, and your support is critical. Thanks to a generous group of Center for Reproductive Rights donors, your gift will go three times as far.

As I’ve said before, when the laws move backward, we FIGHT FORWARD. Here are just a few cases we’re working on that need your support:

• In Texas, we're representing 15 plaintiffs, including 13 women who suffered life-threatening pregnancy complications. We're asking the state to answer for their restrictive abortion bans that put lives in jeopardy.
   
• In South Carolina, we're fighting a six-week abortion ban that puts unreasonable restrictions on pregnant people. A nearly identical ban was struck down once already, and we're fighting to defend abortion care in one of the remaining safe havens for abortion in the South.
   
• In Kansas, we filed a case challenging harmful restrictions which make abortion care hard to access by creating delays and forcing providers to give inaccurate, misleading information that threatens patients' health and violates medical ethics.
