Council Reception Recognizing Oheyawahe/Pilot Knob Funding Efforts

In recognition of the stakeholders who worked to secure $1.85 million in state funds for Oheyawahe/Pilot Knob, Mayor Stephanie Levine and the?City Council are hosting a public reception, followed by a formal recognition during the presentation portion of the 7 p.m. Council meeting.

Register Your Night to Unite Event
Each year on the first Tuesday night in August, the City of Mendota Heights hosts "Night to Unite," a summer evening dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the commitment to a safe community.
For residents, this is an opportunity to put together a neighborhood celebration, turn on the front porch lights, gather with neighbors and friends, get to know one another, catch up on things, play some games with the kids, enjoy a few hot-off-the-grill favorites and build a sense of community.
Night to Unite 2023 is Tuesday, Aug. 1.
Neighborhood representatives are asked to register their Night to Unite events so members of the Police, Fire and Ambulance service can stop by to visit.

Volunteer Opportunities
The City of Mendota Heights offers a variety of opportunities for residents to volunteer, get involved and contribute to the community!
Volunteers are needed (1-2) for a mattress recycling event?Saturday, Aug. 19, from 9 a.m.-Noon.?Volunteers will help check-in residents and unload mattresses from cars.
