Today is the last day to collect donations for our first FEC quarterly deadline. It's probably one of our most important deadlines. While getting a boatload of money does make a campaign look good (I'm not counting on that!), another metric of success is the number of grassroots and small donors that support your campaign.
You all know I'm not surrounded by rich and famous people, so here's my final pitch if you haven't already made your first donation. Chip in today (it is super easy) so that I can show everyone I am ready to fix Congress.
