The Supreme Court overturned affirmative action yesterday.

The Supreme Court issued a ruling on Thursday overturning the use of affirmative action in college admissions. The court ruled 6-3, saying the practice "violate[s] the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment."
