and after he launched his campaign to defeat Josh Hawley earlier this
year, National Journal even said our movement “represents one of the
Democratic Party’s better offensive targets” this cycle.
 2. Josh Hawley’s cowardice on January 6th made him the GOP’s most
vulnerable senator. His support base in-state is crumbling and a
recent report showed Hawley with a net-negative approval rating and a
growing “intensely negative sentiment” among Missourians.
 3. Lucas’ bold message is already resonating with voters. Whether it’s
calling out Hawley for being a fraud or corrupt politicians for
failing to actually serve the people they were elected to represent,
Lucas has earned in-state and national media attention for speaking
truth to power.
 4. National Republicans are attacking Lucas relentlessly. Hawley’s
campaign and GOP insiders at the NRSC know Lucas has the message +
momentum to flip this seat — and they’re doing whatever it takes to
