With so much on the line in 2024, it’s critical that VoteRiders succeeds in reaching at least 3 million voters with free ID information and help in 2023 and another 7 million in 2024.
We’re well on our way — at last count we’d reached 1,479,642 voters in the first half of the year. Here are some other exciting accomplishments we’ve achieved in the first six months of the year: - We reached more than 500,000 at-risk voters ahead of Wisconsin’s April 4 election, contributing to record-breaking turnout.
- We launched our on-the-ground Ohio Voter ID Coalition in the wake of Ohio’s new, strict voter ID law that threatens to disenfranchise 1 million+ eligible voters. We welcomed Vashitta Johnson to the VoteRiders team as our coalition coordinator in Ohio.

VoteRiders increased the number of partner organizations we’ve worked with to 1,300 and boosted our volunteer base to more than 10,000.
- We released cutting edge research and analysis identifying who is most impacted by voter ID laws.
