2023 Update: Substantial Damage Assessment Handbook Now Available!

We are excited to announce the 2023 update of the Substantial Damage Assessment Handbook: A Guide for Local Floodplain Administrators.

 

All floodplain administrators are advised to download this resource and review the step-by-step guidance within. The Handbook is an update to the guidance NeDNR issued after the 2019 floods, and features an updated Model Floodplain Development Permit application, and several templates and useful diagrams. In the Handbook you will find:
