This might be the most heated America has seen the Freedom Caucus Republican congressman yet.
  Rep. Chip Roy's resolution aims to clarify the longstanding NATO agreement for mutual defense of allies. Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, and Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, have garnered more than a dozen fellow Republicans and Democrats in both chambers to support the "Assuring that Robust, Thorough, and Informed Congressional Leadership is Exercised Over National Emergencies" or the "ARTICLE ONE Act," – a measure they say will restore the constitutional order of separation of powers, and checks and balances granted in Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
We're writing now, as the second quarterly FEC deadline of the year approaches at midnight, to ask if you would help Chip keep fighting for us - it's extremely important.
