It’s clear the Biden administration is putting the agenda of radical environmentalists over the American people. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a regulation that would reduce the sale of gas cars from 94% of new cars sold down to just 33% in 9 years.

There are only 5 DAYS LEFT to submit comments opposing this restrictive rule.

This regulation would decimate American jobs across the country especially in states with high rates of automotive manufacturing employees including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Texas and Illinois. But China would benefit from our loss as they make 80% of the world’s electric car batteries.

This regulation is a massive handout to America’s greatest foreign adversary and a slap in the face to American workers.

The results would be catastrophic for the American consumer:

• Cars and trucks will become MORE expensive
• EV’s on average cannot travel as far as gas cars, so no more summer road trips
• Power shortages will plague our ailing electrical grid

Your comment will grind the gears of Biden’s administration because this regulation cannot go into effect until the EPA gives a written response to each substantive and unique comment. Furthermore, the comments can be used later down the road to strike down the regulation in a court of law.
