Since February 2022, Mercy Corps has supported communities affected by the war in Ukraine through a collective humanitarian response with more than 80 partner organizations. One of these partners, Alliance Global, has advocated for human rights and offered critical services for marginalized people in Ukraine for 20 years. Together, we opened four shelters for displaced LBGTQ+ people and their families.
