June is almost over. The supermajority on the Supreme Court has crowned the term by dismantling affirmative action in higher education. It's a show of power reminiscent of last year's decisions in Dobbs, Bruen, and West Virginia v. EPA — another swerve to the hard right affecting millions of Americans' lives. It’s no wonder that poll after poll shows the Supreme Court is facing its lowest approval rating in decades. It doesn’t have to be like this.
