Why we are 350: Scientists overwhelmingly agree that 350ppm CO2 is the upper limit to sustain life as humans have lived it. For 800,000+ years atmospheric CO2 varied between roughly 180 to 280ppm (graphic).

Chase & Wells Fargo Banks

Many banks (including Chase and Wells Fargo) are lending their depositor's money to fossil fuel companies to develop new fossil fuel production.

We want more people to be aware of this and hopefully change their bank or talk to the bank management!

We get honks and thumbs up from drivers and passersby.  Some people stop and have a chat about what the banks are doing, or ask, "What is fossil fuel?"

We're alternating between two Chase Bank locations.

Petition from 350.org National

Each year, our summers are longer and hotter and climate disasters become more frequent and intense — especially wildfires, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

The climate crisis drives these kinds of extreme weather events, but the real culprits are the fossil fuel companies that are actually causing the climate crisis itself.

Enough is enough. It's time that the media and the world turn up the pressure and hold the fossil fuel industry accountable for its role in this crisis. That starts with us taking action together today.

Will you add your name to our petition calling on the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to rename climate disasters after the fossil fuel companies that are causing them?>
