CPIB review on Ridout Road bungalow rentals: Shanmugam and Vivian follow the rules 

The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) has thoroughly and independently investigated Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan and Minister for Law and Home Affairs K Shanmugam renting state properties along Ridout Road. The probe, ordered by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, has found no evidence of corruption or criminal wrongdoing in the two ministers who rented out black and white colonial bungalows at Ridout Road.
