As Chairman of the Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness, I take my role seriously. Once again, the Trump Administration plans to raid $3.8 billion of funding for critical ships, vehicles, aircraft and other equipment necessary for our national defense to pay for the President's border wall.

This is $3.8 billion more than the $6 billion he has already taken from the budget for this ineffective wall.
