I know that I’ve reached out a lot, John. But I had to email you again as soon as I heard that we’re falling $18,136 short of tomorrow’s $150,000 end-of-quarter goal. 

Our most recent polling shows this race statistically TIED. Democrats are hanging onto our Senate majority by a thread, so we need bold ideas and progressive leadership now more than ever. Heading strong into tomorrow’s end-of-quarter deadline is the best way to ensure we don’t fall behind. 

One thing stands between us and victory, John: the resources we need to spread my progressive message to California’s voters. And every dollar we raise allows us to further expand our voter outreach and combat one more deceitful Republican narrative.

Listen, I’m committed to protecting reproductive rights, abolishing the filibuster and expanding voting rights – that’s exactly why MAGA Republicans and their megadonors are already attacking me and targeting my seat. 

But we were already outspent by other candidates in this race last quarter, and we can’t let it happen again. These next few months will be critical to our victory, so we need to head into this new quarter with the strongest showing possible. 

If we don’t meet our $150,000 goal by tomorrow, Republicans will know we’re falling behind, and they’ll step up their attacks on my progressive leadership. So please: Will you give $5 to help us win in California and protect Democrats’ Senate majority?
