Our deputy leader, Jonathan Pedneault, received a historic 13.3% of the votes in the recent by-election for the riding of Notre-Dame-de-Grace--Westmount, the highest percentage our Party ever had in Quebec. Our Green campaign finished neck and neck with the NDP and Conservatives. This is a truly remarkable achievement for our party and demonstrates that we are back and stronger than ever.
As you know, the past two years have been difficult for the Green Party of Canada. But this election result shows that we are a resilient and determined party that is committed to fighting for a sustainable and equitable future for all Canadians. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and supporters who have stood by us through thick and thin.
However, we cannot rest on our laurels. We need to continue building momentum and spreading our message across the country. That is why I am reaching out to you today to ask for your support in our fundraising efforts. Every dollar counts and will help us to continue to grow and make a difference in communities across Canada.
