Here are some updates you might have missed.

• An Iowa court ruled that counties can provide election materials in languages other than English. Previously, the secretary of state was prohibited from providing non-English voter registration forms.

• The disbarment proceedings for Trump-lawyer John Eastman continued today where former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman is due to testify in support of Eastman and his efforts to overturn the 2020 election. 

• The 5th Circuit asked parties in a case challenging Louisiana's congressional map to submit briefs addressing SCOTUS' recent ruling in a similar case over Alabama's congressional map, which requires Alabama to add a second majority-Black district.

Here’s what to expect coming up.

• Tomorrow is the final opinion day of this U.S. Supreme Court term. Once the Supreme Court schedules its next order day, or comes back next term, we are looking out for orders in two cases: a redistricting case out of Ohio raising the independent state legislature theory and a felony disenfranchisement case out of Mississippi.
