About the job
The *Program Support Supervisor 2 (PSS2)* primary role will be to supervise staff and oversee/coordinate day-to-day Presort section operations, and the operations and maintenance of the sophisticated mailroom equipment. This position works professionally and collaboratively to solve issues or assists customers in contacting CMS staff who can promptly resolve problems.
