Serving in Congress is one of the most solemn privileges I’ve ever had; to represent my neighbors and communities across PA-04 is a serious and humbling responsibility – one that I do not take lightly.

But, friend, it has been a little jarring going from the majority to the minority – the GOP-led House has shown itself to be dysfunctional at best, harmful at worst. In fact, recently Jim Jordan’s Judiciary Committee spent hours passing feel-good resolutions for National Police Week while failing to vote for any legislation that would fund federal law enforcement agencies like the Department of Justice and the FBI.

This all-show, no-substance approach to our serious duties in Congress is unacceptable. We must win back the House majority to deliver for all Americans — and address the very serious issues of our times.
