Friends,

Every day, when I talk to voters on a call, at a local event or even on the street in my neighborhood, I’m reminded of why I’m campaigning for Congress and of my life’s mission:

PUBLIC SERVICE.

You may hear a ton of politicians proclaiming to be public servants, but I think most of them don’t get what that actually means. That’s one of the reasons why there’s so many issues in our country and this district, CA-40 .

I’m running because I believe a member of Congress’ first and only priority should be SERVING PEOPLE; not corporate interests, or partisan hawks.

The hardest part about running for Congress, I’ll be honest, is fundraising .

I’ve learned that there are certain deadlines, like the FEC end-of-quarter one coming up this Friday on June 30, that are super important to meet in terms of fundraising metrics. That’s why I’m asking you for your donation again.

And this one is particularly important because media groups and other political players pay very close attention to the amount fundraised at the end-of-quarters.

It shows the grassroots strength of a campaign. So far I’m incredibly proud of the support I’ve received from my community and friends. Many have donated and from the bottom of my heart I’m truly grateful for your support.

With congressional campaigns, MOMENTUM is incredibly important. So let’s keep it going! Even if you’ve pitched in already, I need your continued support.
