Hey there - I have just a few minutes between meetings, but I wanted to reach out with a quick personal request.
Right after tomorrow’s FEC deadline, my campaign will have to report what we raised in the last three months. A lot of people pay attention to these to judge whether I’m putting in the work to win or taking this race for granted.
That’s why I set a goal focused on the number of donations to my reelection. The amount we raise is just as important to me as the number of people chipping in to power this campaign.
This moment is critical, and I’m honestly not sure we’ll hit our goal unless we have a big response today. Look, I know you probably did not wake up expecting to contribute to my re-election, but if you can afford to give any amount, I really need it.
