Friend, as one of our most dedicated members, I thought you would want to hear about this opportunity as soon as possible. An opportunity to make an impact that may help determine what power we have to keep up our fights after tomorrow -- the end of our fiscal year -- for endangered species, people, and our planet.

Friends of the Earth is fighting to protect our planet -- and our futures -- from the greatest threats we've ever known. That means we're speaking truth to power, taking on selfish and destructive corporations, and pressuring our leaders to take the urgent action we need in this moment of crisis.

To help continue this work, a generous group of donors is matching every gift we receive through June 30, up to our $150,000 End of Fiscal Year goal. But before we make our general announcement to the whole community, we're reaching out to top supporters like you – because we know that you are as committed to this fight as every member of our core team.

Your support is needed now more than ever. To make your giving as convenient as possible, we've created a custom link, specifically for you. If you can, please consider making a larger donation this year -- will you give $27 or more now and have your gift matched to help reach our must-hit goal and continue the fight to save our only Earth? Here is your personalized link

I know that this fight can seem overwhelming, but supporters like you are powering our efforts to stop the worst impact of the climate crisis, transition to a just and sustainable food system, protect our oceans and waterways, and protect precious species from extinction. And our efforts are working. You helped Friends of the Earth to:

  • Work with the Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian people to reinstate Roadless Rule protections across the Tongass National Forest in Alaska, prohibiting road buildings to access remote corners of the forest, protecting over 9 million acres from industrial logging.
  • Put pressure on the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to decline reviewing Pacific Gas & Electric's outdated license renewal application for its dangerous Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant. Now, Diablo must submit an updated and complete application if it wants an extension. We are continuing to fight Diablo's extension to protect local communities and sea life.
  • Supported local Yuman-speaking tribes in their fight to gain National Monument designation for Avi Kwa Ame in Nevada, winning protections for this culturally and ecologically important area.

Those are just a few of the fights we've won together. So we simply can't slow our efforts now. With your support, we are building vital momentum to hold Big Polluters accountable and win the crucial fights we have ahead. We know that we can count on you, because you recognize how high the stakes are. So please: Will you make an early membership donation today to help reach our must-hit $150,000 End of Fiscal Year goal? Every dollar you give right now will be DOUBLED.

If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

None of this work is possible without you. Thank you,
