Friend,
RIGHT
NOW, the Liberal Mob is pulling out all the stops to get Justice
Clarence Thomas IMPEACHED from the Supreme
Court.
Newsmax just broke a story about a
Liberal group unleashing a coordinated, six-figure ad blitz calling
for Clarence Thomas to RESIGN from the Supreme Court! |
Here's the truth: Democrats are going
after a trailblazing American who fought through hardship and
injustice to become one of the greatest legal minds in
history.
His unlikely rise to the nation’s highest court should
serve as an inspiring example of the possibilities and opportunities
provided by our great nation.
Instead, Leftists are trying to
destroy the reputation of a brilliant constitutionalist.
Here’s the incredible story of the
man they are smearing:
- Born on
June 23, 1948, in Pin Point, Georgia, Thomas, a descendant of slaves,
grew up in a low-income home and faced racial discrimination in his
early years.
- After his
father left the family when he was two years old, Thomas’ mother
struggled to raise him and his siblings.
- A house
fire left the family homeless when Thomas was still a
child.
- After the
fire, he was sent to live with his grandparents in Savannah, Georgia.
It was the first time he’d had indoor plumbing and regular
meals.
- Thomas’
grandfather would prove to be a huge influence on his life, teaching
his young grandson about the importance of hard work and personal
responsibility.
- Thomas –
whose grandfather impressed upon him the importance of a good
education – became the first member of his family to enroll in
college, attending Conception Seminary College and later transferring
to Holy Cross College, where he graduated cum laude.
- After
completing his undergraduate studies, Thomas attended Yale Law School,
where he was one of the only black students at the time.
- Thomas
began his legal career by working in various positions, including at
the Missouri Attorney General's Office and the U.S. Department of
Education's Office for Civil Rights.
- In 1981,
he was appointed as the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights under the
Reagan administration.
- Thomas
gained recognition for his conservative views and his strong
commitment to originalism and textualism in interpreting the
Constitution.
- In 1991,
President George H.W. Bush nominated Thomas to the Supreme Court to
fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Justice Thurgood Marshall,
the first black man to serve on the court.
- Despite a
contentious process, Thomas was confirmed by the Senate in October
1991, becoming the second African American to serve on the Supreme
Court.
- His
confirmation solidified his position as a conservative justice, known
for his independent thinking and often dissenting
opinions.

Despite the many hardships in his
life, Clarence Thomas persevered to achieve success in his career. His
journey is a testament to his resilience, determination, and ability
to navigate adversity. But the Radical Left is going to do anything
they can to DESTROY this man’s legacy.
We have one request for
you, Friend, will
you stand alongside House Republicans and fight to DEFEND Clarence
Thomas against this unjust smear by the Radical
Left?
|
We are looking for 20,000 signatures by
midnight tonight. Will you be one of them?
Thank
you, House Republicans |
