Are you taking any road trips this summer?

I for one love road trips. During the pandemic, I drove back and forth between Michigan and Washington all the time!

The thing I love most about road trips, however, is that they’re usually only possible because of Michigan’s auto-industry.

Home to nearly 19% of U.S. automotive production, Michigan is the #1 domestic automobile supplier in the country.

Michigan manufacturers are spinning their wheels to provide Americans with good-quality, affordable cars – all while uplifting the economy. And I’m doing all that I can in Congress to uplift them.

But just like there are bumps on the road while driving (soon to be fixed thanks to the Infrastructure Investments and Jobs Act) there are also fundraising hiccups. I just found out we’re falling short of our goal, and with our FEC deadline one day away, we need to step on the gas to catch up.

So, before you hit the road this summer, will you pump $25 or more into our tank today to help us fuel our End-of-Quarter goal all the way to the top?
