John, I’m not going to sugarcoat this:
Our finances are simply not where they need to be. We fell short on our May fundraising goal, and I was sure that we could make up the gap in June, but here’s our current tracking sheet:
As you can see we’re just over 50% to goal and with only 1 day left to make up the difference, I’m getting really worried. And at this point — you’re probably asking yourself — how does my $10 get them anywhere NEAR closing that gap?!
That’s because it isn’t just YOUR $10, John. It’s your $10, plus the $10 from Ann E. in Texas, plus the $50 from Jeff L. in New York, plus the $25 from Dave M. in Massachusetts.
Our success relies on grassroots supporters like Ann, Jeff, Dave, and YOU.
I hate to keep asking, John (really I do) but, will you step up right now and help get us closer to our goal — before it is too late? Chip in $10 or any amount to stand with us before Friday’s deadline.

In 2020 we provided over 70,000 rides to the polls in the Georgia runoffs. In 2022, we contacted 3.1 MILLION Black voters and invested over one MILLION dollars into Black Democratic candidates.
What will we accomplish in 2024? That’s up to you.
It’s simple: we can invest in races now and help Black Democratic candidates up and down the ballot win or we can just stick with the status quo and fail to fix the severe underrepresentation of Black communities.
