John, we’ve hit a fundraising slump at the worst possible time, and now we’re in danger of missing a second consecutive end-of-quarter goal.

I’d like to explain why this goal is a must-hit, but before I do that: Could you please chip in $25 to help put us over the top before midnight tomorrow?

The reality is that we’re always going to be competing with dark money super PACs that can cut huge checks for ad buys, air time, and name ID to boost their extremist candidates.

That’s not how we do things, though.

Rather than pandering to corporate billionaires, Democracy Defense Fund, and a lot of the candidates we support, rely on the support of small donors like you, John.

With enough of us, we can fight back and counter GOP spending, but it truly takes a village.
