That's our average contribution so far this year. That's incredible — a testament to our movement's grassroots strength and one that shows we're powered by supporters chipping in what they can, when they can.
It's a number we're incredibly proud of, and we hope you are too.
But here's another number we see when we check our Actblue data:
That's our average contribution so far in June. Even more amazing — but some quick math will tell you it's $2.70 lower than we had planned for this month.
We know $2.70 extra doesn't seem like it'd make a big difference. But when you fund a campaign the way we do, with thousands and thousands of progressives all across the country chipping in at a time, it all adds up quickly.
Now, normally when we ask you to make a contribution, we ask for $3. But if you can chip in $2.70 more than that — $5.70 — to stand with Ilhan today, it'd go a long way toward helping us close this fundraising gap.
